Logical Position is an industry-leading digital marketing agency located in Houston, TX, seeking a Business Development Representative. You will research businesses, build your lead pipeline, and engage owners via phone and email, supported by a structured five-week training program.

You'll drive revenue by cold outreach, qualifying prospects, and communicating our value proposition. Expect pay consisting of a base salary of $60,000 with uncapped commissions, plus contract bonuses and recurring

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, business development, or revenue-generating experience.
• Outbound outreach experience via phone and email.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and uncover customer needs.
• Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Cold call, email, and prospect businesses to build a qualified pipeline and drive revenue.
• Qualify prospects through consultative discovery to understand their business and budgets.
• Clearly communicate the value proposition and how our services can help clients grow.
• Own and achieve individual sales goals including revenue and pipeline targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and timely sales notes for follow-up and tracking.
• Adhere to sales policies and pricing agreements while building trusted client relationships.
