Job summary

Troon is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to support our digital toolkit across web, email, and mobile apps. This role collaborates with IT, operations, and agencies to ensure well-planned, data-driven marketing initiatives that drive ROI for our clubs and corporate teams.

Responsibilities include analytics, dashboard creation, SEO optimization, and managing paid media campaigns to boost revenue, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of digital marketing experience with a proven track record.
• Strong knowledge of web analytics, Google Analytics/Tag Manager, SEO/AEO/GEO, SEM, and paid media.

Responsibilities

• Oversee analytics and data reporting across web, email, and apps.
• Build executive dashboards using Looker Studio/Power BI or similar.
• Optimize websites with content, SEO, and structural data for organic visibility.
• Manage digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms.
