Responsibilities include analytics, dashboard creation, SEO optimization, and managing paid media campaigns to boost revenue, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of digital marketing experience with a proven track record.
  • Strong knowledge of web analytics, Google Analytics/Tag Manager, SEO/AEO/GEO, SEM, and paid media.

Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Associate will serve as one of the digital marketing subject matter experts amongst the Digital team for Troon. They are responsible for support of website, email, and app tools that support the facility and corporate teams, including AEO/SEO optimization. This role will cross-collaborate with IT, accounting, operations, international teams, external agencies, and the sales and marketing team to ensure seamless and effective digital marketing efforts. Ensuring that digital marketing strategies and programs are well-planned, flawlessly executed, expertly analyzed, with tracked results that deliver exponential ROI for our clients and courses.

Secondary responsibilities include support of strategy, execution, optimization, and performance of paid digital media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other digital advertising platforms to drive revenue, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Google Analytics and Tag Manager environment across web, email, and mobile applications, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting for executive leadership, marketing, operations, and management teams.
  • Build and maintain executive dashboards using Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar business intelligence platforms.
  • Optimize and support company websites through content management, technical SEO, AI-driven search optimization (AEO/GEO), structured data implementation, and continuous monitoring of Core Web Vitals and technical health to maximize organic visibility and user experience.
  • Manage and support white-labeled golf course applications, including API integrations, customer data capture, and revenue reporting.
  • Manage user permissions and digital platform integrations across booking engines, eCommerce platforms, mobile applications, event registration tools, and other marketing technologies.
  • Support strategy, execution, optimization, and performance of paid digital media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital advertising platforms to drive revenue, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Develop and manage campaign strategy, audience segmentation, and budget allocation for both the corporate brand and client portfolio, optimizing toward ROAS, CPA, and lead volume goals.
  • Build and refine audience strategies including custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Oversee conversion tracking through Meta Pixels, GTM events, and Google Analytics to ensure accurate campaign measurement and optimize landing page performance.
  • Manage relationships with enterprise software vendors, including troubleshooting, feature rollouts, strategic planning, training, and scaling support as the portfolio of participating facilities grows.
  • Coordinate users and administrators within the project management platform to streamline marketing planning and execution workflows, including request intake, job tracking, resource allocation, approvals, campaign visibility, facility onboarding, associate training, and end-to-end marketing project management.
  • Serve as the digital marketing subject matter expert for field teams, sales, marketing, and cross-functional partners — providing guidance on paid media, AEO/SEO, website management, tag management, conversion tracking, digital best practices, and emerging revenue-generating initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of web analytics, Google analytics/Tag Manager, email marketing, SEO/AEO/GEO, SEM, and paid media.
  • Experience with content management systems, project management tools, and enterprise software vendor partnerships.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.
