Job summary

Qualifications

• Banking and lending knowledge is preferred.
• Proficiency in Python and Excel is desirable.
• Experience building reports and dashboards in Tableau.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics and execution support for direct marketing campaigns across UIL and other consumer lending products.
• Develop audience targeting strategies and optimize campaign performance using customer data and models.
• Design and evaluate marketing tests including A/B testing and champion/challenger approaches.
• Analyze campaign results and provide actionable recommendations to Marketing and Business stakeholders.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear insights for senior leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support campaign execution, measurement, reporting, and enhancements.
• Create and maintain performance dashboards, reporting frameworks, and data definitions.
