You will pair advanced analytics with marketing expertise to influence decisions at the senior level. The role reports to the Digital Marketing Analytics org and is based in multiple in-office locations, including Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Tyson's Corner, and Washington, DC, with strong emphasis on data integration and clear business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 5+ years in analytics.
• Strong SQL and Python skills for analytics and modeling.
• Experience designing experiments and causal measurement.
• Experience with large datasets and data-driven problem solving.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead measurement strategies and analytical frameworks for digital marketing channels.
• Analyze campaigns and customer performance to identify optimization opportunities.
• Design and evaluate experiments, including A/B and geo-based tests.
• Develop testing frameworks balancing rigor and business goals.
• Integrate multiple data sources for a unified performance view.
• Build dashboards and visualizations to support decisions.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Present methods and results to technical and business audiences.
