Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager in Scientific Informatics to lead cross‑functional teams delivering digital laboratory transformations, AI-driven analytics, and data strategies for clients in California and beyond. You will shape transformation programs across people, process, tech, and data/AI, ensuring measurable business impact and client satisfaction.

The role requires 6+ years in scientific informatics, a life sciences or CS/engineering background, and consulting experience.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in scientific and laboratory informatics, within R&D and/or QC Manufacturing spaces.
Bachelor’s Degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science or Computer Science or Engineering.
2+ years of consulting experience (preferred).
Experience in life sciences R&D, QC, or IT.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

Analyze and redesign lab business processes; define product requirements, use cases, and user stories.
Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of engagements including solution design, estimates, scope, and execution.
Drive program outcomes aligned to defined goals and value realization.
Quantify and articulate business value and outcomes generated by solutions.
Proactively manage delivery risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder reporting.
