Qualifications

• 6+ Years of experience working in the field of scientific and laboratory informatics, within R&D and/or QC Manufacturing spaces
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Microbiology) or Computer Science or Engineering (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering)
• 2+ years of experience in consulting
• Experience working in or with life sciences R&D, QC, or IT
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and both verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage talented cross-functional teams to deliver unique and challenging strategy and implementation projects for clients that advance their ambitions for digital laboratory operations and scientific intelligence
• Shape digital laboratory transformation initiatives—spanning scientific informatics, data, automation, and AI—to deliver measurable client impact
• Analyze and redesign lab business processes; define product requirements, use cases, and user stories
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of engagements, including solution design, estimates, scope, and execution
• Drive program outcomes aligned to defined goals and value realization
• Quantify and clearly articulate business value and outcomes generated by solutions
• Proactively manage delivery execution, including risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder reporting
• Own client outcomes, including accountability for contractual commitments, delivery quality, and client satisfaction
• Travel - candidates must be willing to travel up to 50% to client locations
