Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager in the Scientific Informatics practice to lead cross-functional teams delivering digital laboratory transformation initiatives across data, automation, and AI.

You will shape strategies, oversee end-to-end delivery, and build client relationships, with travel up to 50% to client locations. The role emphasizes business impact and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in scientific and laboratory informatics in R&D and/or QC Manufacturing spaces.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Microbiology) or Computer Science or Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting.
• Experience in life sciences R&D, QC, or IT.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver strategy and implementation projects for clients in digital laboratory operations and scientific intelligence.
• Shape digital laboratory transformation initiatives across informatics, data, automation, and AI to deliver measurable client impact.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery including solution design, estimates, scope, and execution.
• Drive program outcomes aligned to defined goals and value realization.
• Proactively manage delivery risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder reporting.
