Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and continuously improve content across multiple platforms.
• Define and drive the overall content and communication strategy for managing knowledge across audiences.
• Evaluate existing content platforms and make recommendations for users, content delivery and scalability.
• Monitor content performance using engagement analytics and user feedback; adjust strategy accordingly.
• Ensure existing content is maintained after each release.
• Provide training and support to admin users for high-quality content and platform use.
• Adapt content and communication strategies based on adoption trends and user insights.
• Create and manage internal and external communications plans including announcements, newsletters, and stakeholder updates.
