Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical writing.
• Degree in Engineering, Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience leveraging CMS/CDP platforms and AI-driven technologies.
• Writing, editing, and proofreading with clarity and usability.
• Interpersonal and project management abilities across Eng, Product, Support, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, testers, product managers, and subject matter experts to write and maintain content.
• Define and implement documentation workflows aligned with Agile, Git, and Markdown.
• Follow topic-based authoring and structured writing principles.
• Ensure compliance with standards and drive quality across distributed teams.
• Identify user needs and design documentation projects based on style guides and best practices.
• Participate in documentation reviews and apply best practices.
