Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, a strong portfolio in digital UX writing, and familiarity with content management tools, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Knowledge management experience with an understanding of responsive design.
• Understanding of Information Architecture on web and mobile experiences.
• Excel proficiency with a focus on content management and working knowledge of Figma, Jira and Confluence.
• UX writing experience and exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of digital experiences and UX writing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Design and business partners to develop end-to-end customer experiences across digital channels.
• Understand customer goals, business requirements, and technical constraints; work in hyper manual systems.
• Create content that reflects the organization's tone of voice.
• Simplify customer experience through succinct microcopy.
• Deliver ADA compliant copy decks based on established style guides.
• Support and participate in presentations to internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple deadlines across concurrent jobs.
