Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of customer service experience, including data entry or cash handling.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Proven interpersonal skills and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by understanding needs and delivering solutions.
• Educate customers with shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations; identify self-service opportunities.
• Greet customers in the lobby and address immediate needs proactively.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately following bank policy.
• Address escalated account issues and log complaints precisely; transition sales opportunities to banking partners.
