Qualifications

• Well-organized with good time management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to established customer service standards and provide a differentiated experience by understanding customer needs and delivering solutions in moments that matter.
• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations; identify self-service opportunities that meet customer needs.
• Actively engage in lobby management, greeting customers and addressing immediate needs.
• Accurately balance and process customer transactions following Bank Policy.
• Take ownership of escalated account services issues until resolution; log all complaints.
• Transition identified sales opportunities and introduce to appropriate banking partner.
• Perform branch-related operational activities (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wire transfers).
• Process customer/account maintenance accurately.
• Complete AML/BSA/KYC activities.
• Adhere to compliance and risk controls; support audit points and regulatory requirements.
• Promote a welcoming environment consistent with the M&T Bank brand.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.
