Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months customer service experience, including data entry and/or cash handling.
• Proven verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to demonstrated exceptional customer service and be well-organized.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service standards and deliver differentiated experiences by understanding needs.
• Educate customers through digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Actively engage in lobby management and greet customers to address immediate needs.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently per Bank Policy.
• Resolve escalated account services issues and log complaints.
• Transition sales opportunities to appropriate banking partners.
• Perform branch operations like cash handling, vault, ATM, and wire transfers.
• Process customer and account maintenance accurately.
• Complete AML/BSA/KYC related activities.
• Adhere to compliance and risk controls and support the Bank's brand.
