Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service standards and provide a differentiated experience.
• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management and greet customers, addressing immediate needs.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately following Bank Policy.
• Resolve escalated account services issues and log complaints in the system.
• Transition sales opportunities to banking partners and support branch operations (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wires).
• Process customer/account maintenance accurately and perform AML/KYC related activities.
• Adhere to compliance and risk controls; promote the bank brand and maintain internal controls.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.
