Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service at the branch and resolve routine customer questions promptly.
• Educate customers with digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management, greet customers, and address immediate needs.
• Accurately balance and process customer transactions per Bank Policy.
• Log and escalate complaints; transition sales opportunities to banking partners.
• Handle branch operations including cash orders, vault, ATM, and wires.
• Perform account maintenance and AML/KYC-related activities.
• Adhere to compliance, risk controls, and audit requirements.
