Hakes Brothers is seeking an Online Sales Consultant to nurture online leads and convert them into home sales in San Antonio, TX. The role requires engaging leads across phone, text, email, chat, and other channels, qualifying buyers, and handing off to the New Home Advisor with complete CRM notes.

You will maintain CRM records, re-engage aged leads, and track conversion metrics to drive marketing attribution and performance.

Formación

• 2+ years of sales, inside sales, customer service, lead management, or related experience.
• Preferred: Associate's or bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Business, Real Estate, or related field; equivalent relevant sales experience.
• Preferred: Previous new-home sales, real estate, mortgage, apartment leasing, or homebuilding experience.

Responsabilidades

• Engage prospects via phone, text, email, live chat, and other digital channels to nurture and convert online leads.
• Qualify online prospects by identifying buying timeline, location preferences, price range, financing status, and Realtor representation.
• Coordinate seamless handoffs of qualified prospects to the appropriate New Home Advisor with complete CRM notes.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and lead activity, appointments, and outcomes for reporting.
