Job summary

Lennar is seeking an Internet Sales Manager in Fayetteville, AR to lead the online sales team, partner with the VP of Sales, and ensure staffing excellence for the Internet Sales Department. Responsibilities include coaching ISC on Digits, Lead Scoring, and Self-Guided Tour, supervising online interactions, and coordinating with Lennar Mortgage to prequalify buyers.

The role requires 3–5 years in residential internet sales or management, strong communication, and proficiency with Word/Excel.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in residential internet sales or sales management.
• High school diploma or GED required; college education preferred.
• Licensed California DRE Agent and/or Broker required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP of Sales to ensure staffing for the Internet Sales Department.
• Train and coach Internet Sales Coordinators on Digits, Lead Scoring, and Self-Guided Tour processes.
• Supervise the Internet Sales team to create positive online customer experiences via email, live chat, and phone.
• Oversee lead outreach strategies and craft communication templates.
• Lead the ISC team to convert online traffic into qualified sales prospects.
