Job summary

Lennar is seeking an Internet Sales Manager for its San Diego Division to staff, train, and coach Internet Sales Coordinators, ensuring compliance with DRE rules and driving engagement through Lennar’s sales processes. Travel to communities may be required.

The role partners with the VP of Sales and cross-functional teams to achieve divisional sales goals and deliver a best-in-class customer experience through online channels.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in residential internet sales or sales management.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Licensed California Department of Real Estate Agent and/or Broker preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Staff, train, and coach Internet Sales Coordinators to achieve sales performance.
• Supervise the ISC team to create positive online customer experiences via email and live chat.
• Oversee lead outreach strategies and ensure effective communication templates.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to monitor performance metrics and identify improvements.
• Ensure DRE compliance and review purchase agreements for accuracy.
