Responsibilities

• Coordinate telemedicine services and digital communication tools.
• Complete texting, electronic and telephonic workflows for timely communication.
• Coordinate telemedicine with clinical teams and providers; manage daily appointments.
• Handle referrals and ensure satisfaction and HIPAA compliance.
