Weiss Technik North America, Inc. in Cincinnati is seeking a Digital Marketing & Website Specialist to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our digital presence. The role blends web design, UX leadership, SEO, and marketing automation across WordPress and DNN.

The ideal candidate is a hybrid marketer–technologist who can build, optimize, and scale digital experiences that drive measurable growth and conversions across traditional search and AI-driven discovery.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field (3–5+ years in digital marketing).
• Strong written and verbal communication; experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners.
• Proven success managing websites and driving conversions through technical SEO, GEO/AEO, and emerging practices.
• Proficient with CMS platforms including WordPress and DNN; troubleshoot and optimize site performance.
• HubSpot expertise with building complex workflows and lead scoring.
• Strong HTML/CSS and analytics experience (GA4, GA Console).

Responsabilidades

• Direct design, development, and ongoing optimization of company websites for performance, security, and brand consistency.
• Own end-to-end website UX including navigation, mobile responsiveness, content structure, and user interaction.
• Manage day-to-day CMS operations across WordPress and DNN; create and refresh content with SEO best practices.
• Develop and execute SEO, GEO, and AEO initiatives; monitor site health and implement improvements.
• Lead HubSpot marketing automation workflows and lead scoring; collaborate with Content, Product, and Sales teams.
• Track digital performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
