Performance Automotive Network’s Digital Marketing team seeks a Web & Digital Experience Specialist to oversee our Cincinnati/Dayton and Bountiful, UT dealership networks. You will bridge marketing strategy with technical website execution to deliver fast, frictionless experiences and maximize lead conversions.

You will collaborate with leadership, SEO/content specialists, and external platform vendors to maintain site health and drive traffic performance across dealer sites.

Qualifications

• Experience with WordPress CMS for websites and email services.
• Familiarity with automotive dealer platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and techniques.
• Strong web analytics and content optimization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update dealership websites and landing pages across CMS environments.
• Analyze user journeys and CTR to improve mobile navigation and CTAs.
• Monitor technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and local schema markup.
• Deploy and audit tracking tags and events using GTM and GA4.
• Coordinate with platform partners to implement scripts and new features.
• Build landing pages for paid campaigns and promotions.
• Regularly report site speed and performance metrics.
