Job summary

HNI Workplace Furnishings seeks a Digital Operations Manager to drive performance-driven activation strategies that support revenue growth across our transactional partners, including paid media, promotions, and day-to-day activation. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, eCommerce, or related field required.
• 3+ years of experience leading digital marketing, eCommerce, or related digital growth/strategy initiatives; 5 years preferred.
• Experience leveraging demand forecasts, sales data, and inventory metrics to support business decisions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Activate campaigns, optimize spend, and ensure effective execution across the digital shelf.
• Manage paid media and performance activation programs aligned with growth strategies and revenue targets.
• Develop and manage promotional strategies and activation calendars to support launches and sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with performance media teams and agencies to manage budgets, pacing, and optimization across paid channels.
• Monitor and optimize revenue, conversion, ROAS, and spend efficiency; escalate risks and opportunities.
• Lead demand planning and supply chain to align forecasts, inventory, activation timing.
• Monitor warehouse and product suppressions, ensuring availability and driving ecommerce improvements.
• Maintain activation documentation, processes, and reporting for consistency and scalability.
• Support test-and-learn initiatives across paid media, promotions, and activation tactics.
