Job summary

HNI Corporation in Chicago is seeking a Digital Operations Manager to drive performance-driven activation strategies across the organization’s transactional partners. This role executes paid media, promotional programs, and day-to-day activation operations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize spend, manage budgets, support product launches, and monitor ROAS while aligning inventory with revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, eCommerce, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in leading digital marketing, eCommerce, or related digital growth/strategy initiatives.
• Experience leveraging demand forecasts, sales data, and inventory metrics to support business decisions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to activate campaigns, optimize spend, and ensure effective execution across the digital shelf.
• Manage paid media and performance activation programs in alignment with established growth strategies and revenue targets.
• Develop and manage promotional strategies and activation calendars to support key business moments, product launches, and sales initiatives.
• Monitor and optimize performance metrics including revenue, conversion, ROAS, and spend efficiency, escalating risks and opportunities as needed.
• Lead demand planning and supply chain teams to align forecasts, inventory availability, and activation timing in support of revenue and service-level goals.
