Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, eCommerce, or related field.
• 3+ years leading digital marketing, eCommerce, or related growth initiatives; 5 years preferred.
• Experience leveraging demand forecasts, sales data, and inventory metrics.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Activate campaigns, optimize spend, and ensure effective execution across the digital shelf.
• Manage paid media and performance activation programs aligned with growth strategies.
• Develop promotional strategies and activation calendars for key moments and launches.
• Partner with performance media teams and agencies to manage budgets and pacing.
• Monitor revenue, conversion, ROAS, and spend efficiency; escalate risks and opportunities.
• Serve as liaison between stakeholders to align internal processes for customers.
• Lead demand planning and supply chain alignment with revenue and SLAs in mind.
• Monitor warehouse and product suppressions to ensure availability and performance.
• Maintain activation documentation, processes, and reporting for consistency.
• Support test-and-learn initiatives across paid media and activation tactics.
