Job summary

HNI Corporation, through its HNI Workplace Furnishings division, seeks a Digital Operations Manager to drive performance-driven activation strategies supporting revenue growth across transactional partners.

You will lead paid media, promotions, and activation operations while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory alignment, product launches, and sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, eCommerce or related field.
• 3+ years leading digital marketing, ecommerce, or growth initiatives.
• 5 years preferred for higher accountability.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Activate campaigns with cross-functional teams to optimize spend and digital shelf execution.
• Manage paid media and performance activation to meet revenue targets.
• Develop promotional strategies and activation calendars for key moments and launches.
• Collaborate with external agencies to manage budgets, pacing and optimization across paid channels.
• Monitor revenue, conversion, ROAS and spend; escalate risks and opportunities.
