Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, eCommerce, or related field.
• 3+ years leading digital marketing, eCommerce, or related digital growth/strategy initiatives; 5 years preferred.
• Experience leveraging demand forecasts, sales data, and inventory metrics to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Activate campaigns across the digital shelf and optimize spend.
• Manage paid media and performance activation programs.
• Develop promotional strategies and activation calendars.
• Collaborate with agencies to manage budgets, pacing, and optimization.
• Monitor revenue, conversion, ROAS, and spend efficiency.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align processes and systems.
• Lead demand planning and supply chain alignment with forecasts.
• Monitor product availability and inventory for eCommerce.
• Maintain activation documentation and reporting.
• Support test-and-learn initiatives and apply learnings.
• Prepare performance updates for internal stakeholders.
• Align product launches, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
• Participate to ensure organizational success.
