Job summary

HNI Corporation is seeking a Digital Operations Manager to drive performance-driven activation strategies across transactional partners. The role leads paid media, promotions, and daily activation operations to support revenue growth and marketplace success.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize spend, manage budgets, and align product launches with inventory and demand planning. This position emphasizes data-driven decisions, test-and-learn initiatives, and scalable process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, eCommerce, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in leading digital marketing, eCommerce, or related digital growth/strategy initiatives.
• Experience leveraging demand forecasts, sales data, and inventory metrics to support business decisions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Activate campaigns with cross-functional teams to optimize spend and digital shelf performance.
• Manage paid media and performance activation programs aligned with growth targets.
• Develop promotional strategies and activation calendars for key business moments and product launches.
• Collaborate with performance media teams and agencies to manage budgets, pacing, and optimization across paid channels.
• Monitor revenue, conversion, ROAS, and spend efficiency; escalate risks and opportunities as needed.
• Lead demand planning and supply chain alignment with forecasting, inventory, and activation timing.
