Job summary

HNI Corporation is seeking a Digital Operations Manager to drive performance-driven activation strategies that support revenue growth across transactional partners. This role executes paid media, promotional programs, and day-to-day activation operations.

You will lead cross-functional teams to activate campaigns, optimize spend, and ensure effective execution across the digital shelf. Manage budgets, forecasts, and promotional calendars to sustain ecommerce momentum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, marketing, eCommerce, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience leading digital marketing, eCommerce, or related growth initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to activate campaigns, optimize spend, and execute digital shelf activations.
• Manage paid media and performance activation programs aligned with growth strategies and revenue targets.
• Develop and manage promotional strategies and activation calendars for product launches and sales events.
• Coordinate with performance media teams and agencies to manage budgets, pacing, and optimization across paid channels.
• Monitor and optimize revenue, conversion, ROAS, and spend efficiency, escalating risks and opportunities.
• Serve as liaison to align internal processes and systems to support customers.
• Lead demand planning and supply chain alignment for forecasts, inventory, and activation timing.
• Monitor warehouse and product suppressions to ensure availability and support eCommerce performance.
• Maintain activation documentation and reporting for consistency and scalability.
• Support test-and-learn initiatives across paid media, promotions, and activation tactics.
• Prepare performance updates and insights for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate on product launches, pricing, promotions, and inventory planning.
• Participate in activities to support organizational success.
