The Fresh Market is seeking a Digital Fulfillment Specialist in Kissimmee, FL to drive digital order programs across curbside, Instacart, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and EZ Cater. You will lead daily order execution, ensure speed and accuracy, and work with store teams to maintain product availability and presentation.

You will collaborate with leadership to monitor metrics, improve guest experience, and sustain brand standards while supporting frontline staff and maintaining efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, eCommerce, fulfillment, or guest service.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders.
• Excellent communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Basic tech skills with mobile devices and scanners.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution of digital fulfillment orders with speed and accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party partners to ensure consistency.
• Ensure on-time order completion and timely substitutions.
• Maintain stock levels and product quality for digital orders.
• Stage, package, verify orders for guest pickup or delivery.
• Track performance metrics and share insights with leadership.
