Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking a Digital Fulfillment Specialist to drive growth and flawless execution of our digital programs across Curbside, Instacart, Uber Eats, DoorDash and EZ Cater. You’ll own order speed, accuracy, and consistency while collaborating with store leadership to maintain product availability and presentation.

In this role you’ll lead daily fulfillment of online orders, coordinate with internal teams and partners, monitor metrics, and communicate substitutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in retail, eCommerce, fulfillment or guest service.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple orders.
• Excellent communication with guests and team.
• Ability to prioritize workload under tight deadlines.
• Basic technology proficiency with scanners and order systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution of all digital fulfillment orders for speed and accuracy.
• Maintain consistency across digital platforms and coordinate with teams/partners.
• Ensure on-time order completion and communicate substitutions/changes.
• Partner with departments to ensure in-stock, quality, and merchandising.
• Stage, package, and verify orders for pickup/delivery.
• Track metrics and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Engage guests with friendly service at front-end and storewide.
• Support cashier flows to minimize backups and ensure smooth checkout.
