Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking a Digital Fulfillment Specialist who will lead the daily processing of digital orders across curbside, Instacart, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and EZ Cater. You will ensure speed, accuracy, and brand-aligned service while coordinating with store teams.

You will partner with departments to maintain stock and product quality for digital orders, and you will verify orders for presentation and guest satisfaction across pickup and delivery channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in retail, eCommerce, or guest service.
• Strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution of all digital fulfillment orders with speed and accuracy.
• Keep operations consistent across all digital platforms and partners.
• Ensure on-time order completion and clear substitutions/changes.
• Collaborate with departments to maintain stock, quality, and presentation for digital orders.
• Stage and verify orders for accuracy and presentation before pickup/delivery.
