The Fresh Market is seeking a Digital Fulfillment Specialist to drive growth and flawless execution of our digital fulfillment programs across curbside, Instacart, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and EZ Cater. You’ll own speed-to-pick, order accuracy, and presentation while coordinating with store leadership and departments to ensure product availability and quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, eCommerce, fulfillment, or guest service.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication for guest and team interactions.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Basic tech proficiency with mobile devices and order systems.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution of all digital fulfillment orders with speed, accuracy, and brand standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party partners to maintain cross-platform consistency.
• Ensure on-time completion and clear substitutions or order changes.
• Collaborate with departments to uphold in-stock positions and product quality for digital fulfillment.
• Stage, package, and verify orders for accuracy and presentation before pickup or delivery.
• Track order metrics and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement.
