Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking a Digital Fulfillment Specialist to drive the growth and flawless execution of its digital programs across curbside, Instacart, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and EZ Cater. You will own operational speed, order accuracy, and product presentation in collaboration with store leadership and departments.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in retail or eCommerce, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in retail, eCommerce, fulfillment, or guest service.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic technology proficiency with mobile devices and order management systems.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution of all digital fulfillment orders, ensuring speed and accuracy.
• Maintain consistency across all digital platforms, coordinating with internal teams and partners.
• Ensure on-time order completion and communicate substitutions or changes proactively.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure in-stock positions and proper merchandising for digital fulfillment.
• Stage, package, and verify orders for accuracy and presentation before pickup or delivery.
• Track order metrics and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach at the front-end and storewide.
• Support cashiers and manage frontend guest flow to minimize backups and ensure smooth checkout.
