• Investigate Digital Banking fraud alerts.
• Communicate with bank employees, financial institutions, account holders, and Corporate Security using phone, email, and pre-scripted letters.
• Complete tasks accurately and timely.
• Make decisions on routine issues and complete tasks per policy and procedures.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft office and general office equipment
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner verbally and in writing
• Ability to work independently to meet deadlines but remain flexible
• Well-organized, with sharp attention to detail
• Capacity to work with frequent interruptions and perform repetitive tasks
• Demonstrate emotional control under stress and strict deadlines
• Strong customer service skills (both internal and external customers)
• Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
