Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Investigate and submit claim disposition recommendations for forgery, unauthorized withdrawals, and paper draft claims.
• Research and respond to Credit Bureau Claims.
• Research and process Hold Harmless Claims, Without Entry Claims, ID Theft Claims, and Check Reclamations.
• Initiate internal closings when needed.
• Communicate with other bank employees, financial institutions, and account holders by phone, email, and pre-scripted letters.
• Make routine decisions in accordance with policy, procedures and approval limits.
• Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft office and general office equipment
• Professional written and verbal communication skills with internal & external customers
• Exhibit independent critical thinking skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and remain flexible
• Well-organized with sharp attention to detail
• Ability to resolve issues with minimal assistance
• Capacity to work with frequent interruptions
• Demonstrate emotional control under stress and deadlines
• Strong customer service skills (both internal & external customers)
• Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment

Position level dependent upon experience and performance
