The role emphasizes building trust, understanding customer goals, and promoting deposit and loan solutions. The candidate will develop partnerships with branch teams, open accounts, process requests, and educate clients on self-service tools to enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has a minimum four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• NMLS registration required under S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z; background and credit checks will apply.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
• Maintains knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services including digital products.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service options to meet their financial needs.
