Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has a minimum four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Engages and communicates with clients effectively.
• Maintains knowledge of retail products and services including digital products.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests and credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital products and services to meet their needs.
