Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker who will build strong client relationships across in-person, by appointment, and digital channels. You will assess banking needs, open consumer and business accounts, process transactions, and educate clients on deposit and loan products while collaborating with branch teams to deliver an excellent, digital-first experience.

A high school diploma and familiarity with digital banking are required; NMLS registration is part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
• NMLS registration required under SAFЕ Act and Regulation Z.
• Ability to explain banking products and services and educate clients in a digital-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with clients through multiple channels including in-person, by appointment, and virtual.
• Assess and attend to customers' banking needs and process account information.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and submit credit applications.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service options to meet financial goals.
• Collaborate with branch team members to deliver excellent client experiences.
