Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services and recommend solutions.
• Open new consumer and small business accounts and process basic transactions.
• Promote digital banking products and self-service options to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with branch team members to provide exceptional client service.
