U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels.

You will educate clients on deposit and loan products, open accounts, and process service requests while leveraging digital tools to enhance the client experience. The role requires strong relationship skills, knowledge of banking products, and a commitment to exceptional service, with emphasis on a digital-first approach.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank policies, procedures and support systems.
• Customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with digital products and self-service technologies.
• Ability to identify customers’ true needs with a digital-first mindset.
• Basic ability to make appropriate recommendations meeting customer needs.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels.

• Open new consumer and business accounts; complete service requests and credit applications.
