Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typical ≤ 4 years of retail banking experience or combination of experience and training.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with digital banking products and self-service technologies.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service banking.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Submit credit applications when applicable.
• Provide a consistent optimal client experience and accuracy in operations.
