U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to engage customers across channels, educate them on deposit and loan products, and nurture trusted relationships with a digital-first mindset.

You will open accounts, process requests, and advise clients on solutions that fit their goals, while maintaining high standards of service. The role emphasizes proactive client outreach, strong communication, and collaboration with branch teams to deliver the best client experience through digital and in-person

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
• NMLS registration required under S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z.

Mansioni

• Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Assist clients with deposit and loan products and services, and educate on digital tools.
• Open accounts and complete service requests, including credit applications.
• Provide accurate information and use digital channels to enhance the client experience.
