Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build trusted relationships with customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels, delivering counsel with a digital-first mindset.

You’ll assess banking needs, open accounts, process transactions, and educate clients on deposit and loan products while collaborating with branch teams. In this role you’ll leverage digital tools, promote self-service options, and provide proactive outreach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 4–5 years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Engage and communicate effectively with clients.
• Maintain knowledge of retail products and services including digital offerings.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and submit credit applications.
• Educate clients on digital self-service tools to meet financial needs.
• Collaborate with branch team members to serve clients with accuracy and efficiency.
