You will build strong client relationships, assess banking needs, and educate customers on digital services.

The role requires speaking with customers, expanding consumer and business accounts, and leveraging available resources to ensure a high-quality client experience from day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically five or more years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by effectively engaging and communicating with clients.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests and credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service technologies to meet financial needs.
