You will build strong client relationships, open new accounts, educate on products, and collaborate with branch teams to ensure exceptional service while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels to provide banking counsel.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and digital services.
• Develop collaborative partnerships with branch team members to serve clients.
