Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels, providing tailored banking guidance and solving financial needs with a digital-first approach.

You will open accounts, process requests, and educate clients on digital tools while collaborating with branch teams to deliver excellent service and accurate, compliant experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of related retail banking experience.
• NMLS registration is required under the S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters client relationships through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Engage and communicate with clients to understand banking needs and offer solutions.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service technologies and ensure accuracy.
