U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build and nurture client relationships across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels, delivering tailored banking guidance with a digital-first mindset.

You will identify customers' financial needs, explain deposit and loan products, and open accounts while collaborating with branch teams to ensure excellent service and compliance with NMLS requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• NMLS registration required under SAFE Act and Regulation Z.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers across multiple channels to provide banking guidance.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital banking products and self-service options.
• Collaborate with branch team members to best serve clients.
