Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide financial guidance.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services and advise on digital options.
• Maintain knowledge of branch policies and banking procedures to ensure accurate processing.
• Collaborate with branch team members to deliver excellent client experiences.
