Job summary

You will build strong client relationships, assess needs, and process new accounts while educating clients on available banking products and services. The role emphasizes proactive outreach, collaboration with the branch team, and adherence to NMLS and regulatory requirements to ensure a compliant, high‑quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically 4–5 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Proven ability to build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of retail products, services and branch policies.
• Experience with digital products and self-service technologies.
• Experience with sales campaigns or promotions.
• Financial services industry experience preferred.
• NMLS registration required under the S.A.F.E. Act.

Responsibilities
